An appeal against the statutory proposal to cease to maintain Horton-in-Ribblesdale CE (VA) Primary School

The adjudicator appointed to determine the above case is Mr David Lennard Jones.  He has decided to hold a public meeting at 6.30pm on Wednesday 24 May at the school, to enable all those who wish to do so to present their views directly to him.  You are welcome to attend.

The process for the public meeting at the school at 6.30pm will be as follows:

(i) a short introduction by the adjudicator on the nature of the adjudication service, the purpose of the meeting and the procedure he proposes to adopt;

(ii) a short presentation (preferably no more than 10 minutes) by the local authority;

(iii) a response from the School (preferably no more than 10 minutes);

(v) a response from the Diocesan representative (preferably not more than 10 minutes);

(vi) meeting opened to the floor;

(vi) an explanation by the adjudicator of the next steps.
